missingWrote a review on 01 Decattentive servicebroken appliancesdated room
The staff provided personal and attentive service.
During our stay, the hairdryer was broken on arrival, and although it was eventually replaced, it added to our frustration. Additionally, the window door to our room was also broken and couldn't close, leaving us feeling exposed and uncomfortable. The room itself appeared a little dated, and the bathroom could definitely use an update.

well, the hairdryer was broken on arrival, how embarrassing, and the window door had issues, which was rather unsettling. i almost thought about leaving a nice review, but i expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. the rooms are a tad dated and definitely not what one woudl call luxury. very disappointing.

Great location but needs improvement
We had a brilliant time thanks to the fantastic location in Polanco, close to metro and plenty of restaurants and shops. The gym on the 5th floor was handy and the breakfast offered a tasty array of options. The room had a comfy bed and a good shower with quick hot water. However, there was noise from air conditioning, and the room change process took too long, which made our stay less enjoyable.
