    attentive service
    broken appliances
    dated room

The staff provided personal and attentive service.

During our stay, the hairdryer was broken on arrival, and although it was eventually replaced, it added to our frustration. Additionally, the window door to our room was also broken and couldn't close, leaving us feeling exposed and uncomfortable. The room itself appeared a little dated, and the bathroom could definitely use an update.

well, the hairdryer was broken on arrival, how embarrassing, and the window door had issues, which was rather unsettling. i almost thought about leaving a nice review, but i expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. the rooms are a tad dated and definitely not what one woudl call luxury. very disappointing.

great location but lacking in some areas

The location was truly brilliant, with easy access to metro stations and a vibrant selection of restaurants and shops nearby. The gym on the 5th floor offered more than I expected, providing a good range of equipment for a quick workout. I especially enjoyed the city view from my room. it added a lovely touch to my stay. Breakfast was a highlight as well, featuring a delightful mix of options that catered to different tastes.

However, the air conditioning noise was disruptive at times.

Stylish Stay with Spectacular City Views!

I loved relaxing by the rooftop pool, soaking in breathtaking views of the skyline. The breakfast selection was delightful, especially the array of fresh fruits. Although my room showed some age, the staff was incredibly attentive and made my stay special. Highly recommend enjoying cocktails at sunset!

    room change process

    Great location but needs improvement

We had a brilliant time thanks to the fantastic location in Polanco, close to metro and plenty of restaurants and shops. The gym on the 5th floor was handy and the breakfast offered a tasty array of options. The room had a comfy bed and a good shower with quick hot water. However, there was noise from air conditioning, and the room change process took too long, which made our stay less enjoyable.
